The Public Advisory Committee (PAC) advises the project team and helps steer the project throughout the long process of planning, design, and construction. The PAC is intended as a source of two-way information. The members share project updates with other constituents, and convey opinions and information to the project team from the larger community of stakeholders. The PAC is instrumental in developing a solution that is supported by most, and one which will benefit the city, region, and state.
The committee represents a broad spectrum of stakeholders. Representatives from local and regional authorities, major employers, neighborhood groups, planning experts, and advocacy groups actively participate on the PAC.
Several Working Groups have formed to guide specific topics of interest. The groups are comprised of PAC members and others, all of whom bring expertise and insight.
